Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our reads, turnaround, and how to work with us.
Still Have Questions?
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, reach our team directly and we will help you set up subspecialty reads for your practice or imaging center.
What kinds of studies do you read?
We interpret MRI, CT, radiography, and ultrasound across the body, with particular depth in neuroradiology and MRI. Our services include primary diagnostic reads, subspecialty second opinions, and whole-body MRI.
How fast is your turnaround?
We prioritize dependable, clinically useful turnaround and can accommodate urgent reads. Specific timelines are agreed with your practice or imaging center based on your volume and study types.
How do I send studies to you?
Studies can be shared securely through our cloud PACS, RocketRad, or your preferred DICOM transfer method. We set up the connection with your team during onboarding, with no new on-site hardware required.
Do you provide second opinions on outside studies?
Yes. We offer independent subspecialty review of prior studies for complex or equivocal cases, along with a direct line to Dr. Ugorji to discuss the findings.
Can you support our imaging center's reporting?
Absolutely. We partner with scan centers to deliver subspecialty teleradiology reporting, protocol optimization, and higher-quality reports, helping your center offer stronger reads to referring physicians.
What states are you licensed in?
Our radiologists hold licenses across multiple states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location.
Do you offer brain mapping?
Yes. Advanced quantitative neuroimaging, including DTI, volumetry, and brain-age analysis, is available as a value-add through our Duramap™ platform. You can explore the full suite at duramap.online.
